How it works
Simple terms, no surprises
From your first click to final pickup, here's exactly what renting from Buffalo Furniture Rental looks like.
Brand New
Factory-fresh furniture with 3–12 month leases. The longer you lease, the lower the monthly rate.
Certified Pre-Owned
Professionally sanitized and inspected, with flexible 1–12 month leases and the lowest monthly rates we offer.
Flexible terms
Pick any lease length from the slider and watch the total contract cost update in real time before you commit.
WNY delivery
One-time $100 delivery fee, free on orders over $250/mo. End-of-lease pickup options on every order.
Your rental, step by step
1. Browse the inventory
Everything we offer lives on one page. Toggle between Brand New and Certified Pre-Owned, filter by room, and open any item to see its monthly price at every lease length.
2. Pick your pieces — or build your own
Add single items, full living room and bedroom sets, or use Build Your Own to mix pieces from the Brand New catalog with a bundle discount when you furnish more than one room.
3. Choose your lease length
Use the slider on any item: 1–12 months for Certified Pre-Owned, 3–12 months for Brand New. Longer leases lower the monthly rate, and the total contract cost updates as you slide.
4. Checkout and schedule delivery
Check out online, then we call to confirm your delivery window. One-time $100 delivery fee — free on orders over $250 per month. We deliver anywhere in Western New York.
5. Live with it, then hand it back
Normal wear and tear is on us. When your lease ends, choose an end-of-lease pickup and we come haul everything away — no resale hassle, no dumpster runs.
